From the summit of Cave Hill, Belfast unfolds in a breathtaking sweep of colour, where rugged cliffs, rolling hills and the shimmering waters of Belfast Lough meet beneath an ever-changing sky.
I’ve captured this much-loved view in vibrant, expressive colour, wild grasses and thistles dancing in the foreground, the dramatic silhouette of Cave Hill rising above the landscape, and Belfast stretching towards the sea beyond.
A celebration of one of Belfast’s most iconic viewpoints, this painting is about perspective and that wonderful feeling of standing at the top of the hill and seeing everything differently.
Encased in a bespoke black wood frame with white scoop insert this striking piece measures approximately 88 x 63 cm
It can be viewed in person in my Belfast studio, feel free to contact us for more information or to enquire about shipping options.
